Short Bio

Designing objects that can survive contact with reality.

The studio sits between product design, electronics, fabrication, and experimentation. Work tends to begin with curious prototypes and move toward robust outcomes that can be assembled, tested, and documented clearly.

The aim is not maximal complexity. The aim is useful complexity: enough ambition to make a project distinctive, and enough restraint to keep it manufacturable, repairable, and understandable.

Design Philosophy

Material decisions should carry meaning.

Products, prototypes, and interface experiments are treated as systems, not isolated surfaces. Form, interaction, thermal considerations, serviceability, and user feedback are all part of the same design conversation.

That leads to a process that values fast testing, mechanical honesty, clean visual hierarchy, and technical notes that make the work easier to revisit later.

Capabilities
